The Grand Hyatt provided an excellent experience during my stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Taksim Square. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for business needs. The staff was very attentive, helping me set up my presentation equipment quickly. The amenities, including the business center, were beneficial for my work-related activities. Moreover, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including fresh pastries and healthy choices.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times.

We truly enjoyed our spacious Twin Room with Sea View. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a fabulous shower. Plus, the location was spot on, just a quick 5-minute walk to Taksim Square for easy access to transport around the city, which my teenagers loved.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the staff going above and beyond, especially Erhan from the Concierge who provided excellent local tips, and a satisfying breakfast spread featuring freshly baked breads and made-to-order dishes. The location near Taksim Square made exploring the vibrant area convenient. However, the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unreliable, which could use improvement.

The outdoor pool was spacious with a nice vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the spa treatments were a treat! Don't miss the Verandah restaurant for a cozy evening atmosphere and delicious desserts.
